Perhaps try and reboot if you think something is running in the background that has hung.

I want to preface this question by saying this is most likely user error, but I was unable to find an answer to this question in the forms or the knowledge base, so I figured I would ask.
I am attempting to open the DVR browser and each time I attempt to open it, the app appears to attempt to open the browser, but nothing appears and the globe icon becomes greyed out. The Vivaldi browser has appeared before back before I was attempting to get this to work, so I know that it does open, but I'm a little confused as to if there is a task in Windows 10 that might be getting hung up that I need to kill for it to appear again or if there is any other guidance you might be able to provide.
