Sorry unsure what you mean. Please provide full details and screenshots.
Works ok here. Do you have a Settings > DVR > User Agent Override set? If so clear it.

I uninstalled JMR, and re-installed. Still no luck. It does appear that JMR has had this same issue, previously.
That is from a previous version of the software. Please provide debug logs.
