Jaksta Media Recorder appears to download and convert, but when I press play, I get the error - The file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player. The Error does not lie with the QuickTime Player, because other MP4s play perfectly fine.
The version that I am running is Catalina 10.15.7 and Jaksta Version 2.2.5 (269)
