WHY DOESN’T JAKSTA SUPPORT ASSIST?

I’ve raised an issue with Jaksta. I have received 3 emails from Jaksta Support.  On 27th February, 4th March and 8th March. Each one saying “Thank you for contacting Jaksta Support.  Jaksta Support operates Monday to Friday so you can expect a response within 24 hours on these days”. 


so far I have seen no evidence that Jaksta Support even exists.
